These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between WineBD (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") and all its registered members. By using our services via the WineBD website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

Winebd is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. To open an account with winebd, you must meet the following requirements:

• You may only open one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person will be terminated by WineBD.

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold. Allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

WineBD reserves the right to verify the identity of members (KYC) at any time. A copy of a national ID, passport, or driving licence may be required prior to withdrawal or upon exceeding certain limits. Relevant activities may be suspended until verification is complete.

Deposit

WineBD accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

• You must use your own mobile banking account to make a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account termination.
• Please provide the correct reference number when making a deposit. WineBD is not responsible for any delays caused by an incorrect reference.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount at WineBD is ৳300. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by VIP tier. Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• If fraud is suspected, winebd reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal pending investigation.

All betting activity on winebd is conducted in accordance with international Sports Betting standards and regulations. The key betting rules are outlined below:

• Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless winebd approves it under specific circumstances.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Previous odds will not apply to bets placed after odds have changed.
• Bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds may be voided, and WineBD will refund the deposit.
• If a match is abandoned or does not take place, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• In a multi-event bet (parlay/acca), if any single event is voided, it will be counted at odds of 1.00.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on WineBD and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Participation in match fixing or any form of illegal activity
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Placing bets by exploiting system errors or technical glitches
• Using an account for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Claiming bonuses multiple times using multiple accounts

WineBD offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

Welcome Bonus

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time registered members only.
• A minimum deposit requirement must be met to qualify for a bonus.
• A specified wagering requirement (typically 1–3×) must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Loyalty Reward Points

• Loyalty points are earned on every bet and never expire.
• Points may only be used by the registered account holder. Transfers are not permitted.
• Points earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

General Bonus Terms

• Winebd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
